Title: WWII Stuart Turner Sirius Steam Generator and boiler .

Description: Here I have a rare WWII Stuart Turner generator set driven by a 'Sirius' live steam engine with steel boiler and mounting frame. These generators were used by the soe (special operations executives)..

Wartime spies had these dropped behind enemy lines for use in charging and powering wireless sets.

Unlike the few you see now and then for sale this does not come with the original case but it does come with the boiler and the frames they were both mounted on for use .

I have had the engine tick over many years ago on compressed air but never tried the generator. The only item that needs replacing are the hose connections between boiler and stuart engine.

Boiler is around 18inch high without the small detachable chimney and 10inch diameter please contact for more details .
